Elim Garak. You gotta love him. You just have to. He's gorgeous, he's conniving, he's insidious, he's just ... wow on every count. There's no secret in that he's my absolute favorite character on Deep Space Nine, Julian Bashir being a close second. Drawing him is an absolute delight - all those ridges and scales ... hmm HM!
